Abstract

The following article will analyze the reception of European scientific thought in the first-degree thesis that fully deals with homosexuality in the law career, written by the student of the University of Chile, Enrique Broghamer Albornoz. In addition, the definitions and uses of the term homosexuality will be characterized together with its other meanings in uses pedophilia, uranism, sexual inversion and sodomy and understand the postulates of the thesis student about the role of medical sciences in law in reference to sexuality. between males.
