This study addresses the relationship between Law and Literature. On this occasion, a classic work of the 20th century has been taken, such as Animal Farm, by George Orwell, in which the phenomenon of Stalinist totalitarianism is analyzed, putting it in relation to the Draft Organic Law on the Comprehensive Guarantee of Freedom sexual.
